Wild Women: Thursday, May 22nd, 6-8pm

$0.00

"Wild women are the truth we seek"

Join us for a transformative workshop, designed to help you reclaim your authentic creative self, and connect with the power within. Through creative expression and reflection, we will listen deeply within to access our inner guidance and wisdom.

Using writing, movement, painting, sounding, poetry, clay, natural elements, and storytelling, we will explore our aliveness. What is stirring within? What truly matters to our souls? Where are we holding ourselves back? What brings us joy? What will the Wild Woman within reveal?

Come remember your original self and connect with the Earth, in the safety of a women’s circle. In playful depth, we will meet what emerges, what wants to be felt and seen.

No prior art experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing, all supplies are included. All ages are welcome (18 +).

We will begin with introductions, followed by a mediation and movement practice. After that we will dive into experiential activities in the full circle, as well as in dyads, triads and small groups. Space is limited to 12 women and female identified folks.

After this workshop, there will be an opportunity for a deeper dive at a weekend retreat in the Summer and a series starting in the Fall. More information at the workshop.

@ Ground Floor: 907 4th Street, San Rafael. Space is limited to 12 women, please reserve your spot in advance.

By Donation ($15 suggested). Please Venmo your contribution to @RutaSegal.
