My holistic healing approach integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, intuition, the transformation of core beliefs, and relational healing.

• Mindfulness: At the heart of our sessions is mindfulness—a practice of being fully present in the moment. Through mindfulness, we cultivate awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, fostering a deeper connection to yourself.

• Somatic Awareness: We delve into the wisdom of the body. By tuning into physical sensations and patterns, we can uncover and address underlying issues that may be impacting your overall well-being. This approach helps to uncover and release stored memories and emotions and promote healing from within.

• Intuition: Guided by intuition, we explore the deeper layers of your experience. Intuitive insights can reveal hidden aspects of yourself, offering new perspectives and clarity on your path. This intuitive guidance helps us navigate your unique healing journey.

• Transformation of Core Beliefs: Many of our challenges stem from deep-seated beliefs formed early in life. We work together to identify and transform these core beliefs, allowing you to shift old patterns and embrace new, supportive ways of thinking and being.

• Relational Healing: Grounded in relational somatic healing, we recognize the importance of relationships in our healing process. This aspect of our work focuses on acknowledging what arises in the relational field in each moment of the session. When safe and appropriate, therapeutic touch or reiki can be offered to foster the healing process.

What to Expect

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, beginning with a mindfulness exercise. We’ll then explore your current experiences and see what modalities are most supportive for your healing. Through intuitive guidance and relational exploration, we’ll work together to tend to your process moment by moment.

My holistic approach is deeply rooted in established methodologies:

  • Hakomi Method: A body-centered psychotherapy that emphasizes mindfulness and self-discovery, the Hakomi Method helps explore and transform core beliefs and patterns through gentle inquiry and experiential practices.

  • Healing Arts: Drawing from various healing traditions and techniques in Creative Arts Therapies, Healing Arts encompasses a range of practices designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being that can be expressed through drawing, writing, sounding and movement.

  • Relational Somatic Healing: This approach integrates the understanding of how developmental relational dynamics and body experiences influence each other, facilitating deeper healing through the exploration of relational patterns.

Additional Offerings
